This policy explains how the StickRage game for Android ("the game"), published by Gamgster ("we", "us"), handles information. It applies to the game and to this website, stickrage.gamgster.com.

Information we collect

We do not collect any personal information through the game. The game does not ask for your name, email address, phone number, location, contacts, photos or any other personal details, and it does not request any Android permissions.

Information stored on your device

The game saves your progress on your own device so you can carry on where you left off. This includes your cash, unlocked bikes and items, upgrades, story progress, rivals, missions, and your sound, graphics and control settings. Short replay clips you choose to save are also kept on your device.

This data stays on your phone. It is never sent to us or to anyone else. Uninstalling the game, or clearing its storage in your Android settings, deletes it permanently.

Advertising and analytics

The game contains no advertising and no third-party analytics, tracking or crash-reporting software.

Internet access

The game does not use the internet. Buttons in the settings menu that link to this website open in your web browser, and from then on the website and your browser's own privacy terms apply.

Google Play

The game is distributed through Google Play. Google may collect information when you download or update apps, as described in Google's Privacy Policy. We may see anonymous, aggregated statistics that Google Play provides to all developers, such as install counts and crash rates. These do not identify you.

This website

This website does not use cookies, does not use analytics and does not ask you for any information. Like any website, our hosting provider may record standard technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) to keep the site running and secure.

Children

The game is not directed at children under 13. Because we do not collect any personal information, we do not knowingly collect information from children.

Your rights

As we don't hold any personal information about you, there is nothing for us to access, correct or delete. If you contact us by email, we use your email address and message only to reply to you, and we delete them when they are no longer needed.

Changes to this policy

If the game changes in a way that affects your privacy (for example, if we ever add online features or ads), we will update this policy before that change is released and change the effective date above.
